Portland Cherry Blossoms Session | Duncan Family

This session had 2 of my favorite things: the Portland cherry blossoms and this awesome family. One of the things I look forward to every year in Portland is seeing the blossoms all along the waterfront in the spring. The parks are lined with the beautiful pink trees and the sidewalks start getting covered with pretty petals. They never last long enough, and it can be tough finding a time to fit in sessions with all of the rain. After a few rainy day reschedules, I'm so happy that we made this Duncan family session happen. It was one of the very last days that the blossoms were still on the trees and it also happened to be the first day of the Portland Saturday Market which made for some interesting people-watching. We managed to find some spots away from the crowds of people and had a fun time with this session.This family is so near and dear to my heart and I honestly don't know what I would do without them, especially my dear friend Becca. She is one of the sweetest and kindest people I know and I am so happy we have gotten to know each other over the last year. She takes wonderful care of my boys and spoils them and treats them like her own. My boys and I absolutely adore this family. It's a good thing too, because we've got lots of exploring and adventuring to do together!Becca, Rj, and kids, thank you so much for the fun evening downtown, but thank you mostly for your friendship.I made a deal with this little man that he could make all the silly faces he wanted after giving me some nice smiles.
