Oregon Coast Wedding Photographer | Hug Point Elopement Shoot

I know I've said this many times before, but I'll say it again. Photographing couples in love makes me happy beyond belief. The Oregon coast makes me happy beyond belief. When those two things are combined, that is perfection in my book. The only thing that could make it better is gorgeous styling by the talented and sweet Mellissa of Serendipity Photography. It was a wonderful time photographing this Hug Point elopement.I spent an evening at Hug Point near Cannon Beach with Mellissa and my amazing and talented friend Shannon of Shannon Hager Photography.  I was thrilled to be invited to Katie and Dylan's elopement shoot. The Oregon coast provided a perfect backdrop for their photos and the details and props made it simply stunning. Hug Point was calm and the sunset was absolutely gorgeous. The tide was low for their session (until it wasn't and we got a bit soaked!) and the evening couldn't have been better. Katie and Dylan are the sweetest couple and will be getting married next year. Their love was so apparent and they were so happy and in love.The beautiful flowers were done by Flowers by Tiawn in Grand Ronde, Oregon. Much of the decor was provided by For the Love of Pete located in Salem, Oregon and Mellissa herself.This beautiful evening at the Oregon coast made me even more excited for a wedding coming next month there. I can't imagine anything better!
