Cannon Beach Family Session

This sweet family traveled to the Oregon Coast from Texas and it was an honor to capture their first visit to the area. They chose Cannon Beach for their photos, a place you can’t go wrong when visiting the Oregon Coast for the first time. As a bonus, the tides worked out so that we were able to do two different Cannon Beach locations. We started at Hug Point at low tide. Hug Point is one of my favorite locations on the coast, but is only accessible and safe at very low tides. After spending some time taking photos at Hug Point, we drove just a few miles to Haystack Rock in Cannon Beach. Their daughter is a wonderful dancer and I loved that she wanted to incorporate some dance into the session. How stunning does she look with the ocean in the background?!
