A Beautiful Backyard Oregon Wedding | Richelle & Mitchell

Summer weddings are the best and this beautiful backyard Oregon wedding was no exception. Richelle and Mitchell were married at her family's property on a perfect July afternoon. I had met this sweet and fun couple in the winter at the same location for their engagement photos. See that session HERE. After meeting them I knew their wedding was going to be a fun event.I arrived to the house before the wedding and spent time with Richelle, her mom, and bridesmaids while they got pampered and beautified. The getting ready photos are always favorites of mine. Getting hair done, putting on makeup, getting dressed, sipping mimosas, and chatting about the wedding day. It is always a flurry of activity and everyone is relaxed and ready for the day that they've been planning for months.Richelle and Mitchell had put so much time, thought, and love into the details of their day. Mitchell hand-made the wooden arch where they said their vows.  Family members had made adorable bird houses as centerpieces for each of the tables.  There were personal touches and sweet details to remember the very important people in their lives that were no longer with them in person.
