Cannon Beach Elopement {Samantha & Tressie}

When life threw them a sad and unexpected curveball, Samantha and Tressie decided to scrap their big wedding plans and travel from Indiana to Oregon for an intimate Cannon Beach elopement last spring. With just 5 of their family and friends by their side, they said "I do" in an emotional ceremony at the Oregon Coast with Haystack Rock in the background. There were lots of tears and lots of laughter, lots of shivering, and lots of snuggling. It was a wonderful wedding day and I was honored to capture it for these beautiful ladies.Samantha walked down the beach with her best friend by her side as Tressie waited near the ocean below. Tressie's sister met Samantha along the walk and presented her with their mother's ring. It was an emotional moment for everyone. After these beautiful brides said their "I dos," we walked along the beach for some photos in the sand before they celebrated with their loved ones at dinner.Oregon Coast elopements are some of my absolute favorite occasions to capture, and Samantha and Tressie's wedding was no exception.
