Cannon Beach Elopement|Alyssa & Taylor

A Cannon Beach elopement is one of my favorite things ever. There is something so special about being invited to photograph such an intimate moment in a couple's life. It was an honor to be with Alyssa and Taylor and their two boys as they said "I do" on a beautiful evening at the Oregon coast. They traveled from Idaho the day before to get married on the coast. Alyssa's niece came along and did an absolutely wonderful job with Alyssa's hair and makeup. Taylor's friend and co-worker served as their officiant and performed a beautiful and perfect ceremony. Cannon Beach Florist made the most gorgeous bouquet that fit their beach wedding just perfectly.When I first started talking with Alyssa about their wedding, they had chosen Hug Point near Cannon Beach as their location. However, the tides weren't in their favor for a sunset ceremony, so the florist suggest Chapman Beach as an alternative. It was the perfect spot for their wedding. The people that had spent the day enjoying the beach there started to clear out as we were arriving, making it even more intimate and serene. It was a gorgeous sunny night at the coast, so we spent time hanging out and taking photos until the sun was just right for their ceremony. It could not have been more beautiful watching Alyssa and Taylor exchange vows privately with the ocean in the background.Thank you so much, Alyssa and Taylor, for inviting me to be a part of your Oregon coast elopement.
